Accessing the Site, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Use of the Site and all associated materials is at your own risk. Nothing in this training constitutes clinical advice, crisis advice, medical advice, or legal advice. It is educational only.
Article 1a: Age limit
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or access any products or courses from The Resilience Echo.
Our content is created for adults working within mental health, disability, and community support services.
We reserve the right to remove access without refund if it becomes evident that a user is under 18 years of age.
Article 2: Placing Order
By placing an order through our Site, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
The information you provide is accurate and complete;
You understand that all products are digital goods and delivered electronically;
You will not share, distribute, or resell any training materials without written permission.
Course access is granted per user licence. Sharing access is strictly prohibited.
Article 3: Price
All prices displayed on our website are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Sales, discounts, and promotional pricing may be applied at our discretion.

To place an order, you may be required to provide relevant information including (but not limited to):

Payment details
Organisation name (if applicable)
You warrant that:
You are authorised to use the chosen payment method; and
The information provided is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting this information, you consent to its use for payment processing, order fulfilment, and communication related to your purchase.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.
We accept various online payment methods available through our secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
If your payment fails or is declined, access to products will not be granted.
All purchases are non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of digital products and training.
Article 6: Delivery
All products offered by The Resilience Echo are digital.
Upon successful payment:
You will receive an email with course login details or download instructions.
Access to online training will be delivered through Systeme.io’s learning portal.
Delivery is considered complete once the access email has been sent to your nominated email address.
If you do not receive your access email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@theresilienceecho.com.
We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or on the Site before the new terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site and all associated Services.
