About The Resilience Echo

Joanne Eussen is a Registered Nurse with a Master of Mental Health Nursing and sixteen years in community and frontline mental health.

The Resilience Echo was born out of years of watching the increase in psychosocial crisis presentations against a background of limited community training for frontline support workers. These psychosocial behaviour issues escalate into raw crisis presentations that can be intercepted and

managed in community spaces.

This is not theory.

It is what clinicians actually see, manage, and navigate on the community frontline, translated into practical tools for the people who are doing that work every day.
